A blend of Pinot Noir from Côte Chalonnaise, coming from villages of Moroges and Mercurey.

Limestone clay.
Vines
20 to 40 years old vines of Pinot Noir.
Early hand picked in 20 kgs baskets. 100 % destemmed then selection on sorting table. Short pellicular maceration to alcoholic fermentation with natural yeast. Daily light pumping-over.
12 months of ageing, 50% in traditional pièces bourguignonnes, 1/3 of new oak (3 new barrels), and the other part is tank-aged.
Bottling in January.
Typical nose of Pinot Noir, with a great balance between red fruit flavors and vegetal notes of black-berry bush and laurel. The 2022 vintage can now be enjoyed with all its vivacity and fruitiness.
