A blend of grapes from three different plots, one located in Côte Chalonnaise, north of Montagny, a second one in south Côte de Beaune and the last one in the in the chablis region.
Terroir
Clay-limestone.
Vines
25 to 45 years old vines of Chardonnay.
Grapes are chilled down to 12°c, direct crushing, no destemming to facilitate flow. 30% vinified in barrel, the rest in vat for 4 days of fermentationde Beaune and the last one in the in the chablis region.
Systematic malolactic fermentation, in barrels or in vat. Barrel ageing of several wines for 10 months.
The nose expresses both floral and toasty notes. The oaky touch is slightly present and balances a rich mouth. It is a food friendly wine, balanced between fat and refreshing acidity.

Vintage 2025
The 2025 vintage in the Côte Chalonnaise unfolds within one of the region’s warmest years, with an accelerated vegetative cycle and exceptionally early harvests. The heatwaves of June and August concentrated the berries, which remained small with thick skins, resulting in deeply colored and firmly structured reds. The region, largely spared the previous year, delivers a solid crop in 2025, though millerandage and parcel‑by‑parcel variability occasionally reduced yields. Chardonnay ripened more slowly than in 2022, yet retained fresh acidity and a clean, precise aromatic profile. Pinot Noir, far ahead in its ripening cycle, reached high sugar levels and promises expressive, balanced wines with strong ageing potential. Late‑summer rainfall provided essential relief, preventing overripeness and preserving the tension needed in both whites and reds. Thanks to excellent sanitary conditions, fermentations progressed smoothly, enhancing the purity and definition of the wines. The vintage thus combines richness, precision, and a wide range of expressions depending on the terroir. In 2025, the Côte Chalonnaise delivers concentrated yet fresh wines, approachable in their youth while capable of evolving gracefully.
