A blend of grapes from three different plots, one located in Côte Chalonnaise, north of Montagny, a second one in south Côte de Beaune and the last one in the in the chablis region.

Vines
25 to 45 years old vines of Chardonnay.
Grapes are chilled down to 12°c, direct crushing, no destemming to facilitate flow. 30% vinified in barrel, the rest in vat for 4 days of fermentationde Beaune and the last one in the in the chablis region.
Systematic malolactic fermentation, in barrels or in vat. Barrel ageing of several wines for 10 months.
Bottled in October.
The nose expresses both floral and toasty notes. The oaky touch is slightly present and balances a rich mouth. It is a food friendly wine, balanced between fat and refreshing acidity.
