This wine comes from the climat La Fosse, ideally situated under Raboursay and next to Marissou. The 1er Crus from this area produce rich, generous wines.

Grapes are chilled down to 12°c, direct crushing, no destemming to facilitate flow. 15 to 30 days barrel fermented
Aged 14 months in local new French oak.
Bottled in January.
Rich, opulent nose with notes of brioche dough and yellow flowers. The palate opens wide with hints of crème fleurette and frangipane.
